Key Responsibilities
Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Spanish to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
Accurately classify content based on established policies and moderation standards.
Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the relevant teams.
Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to improve moderation strategies.

Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
