As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content in accordance with community guidelines to maintain platform integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Moderate and assess user-generated content in Portuguese to ensure adherence to community standards.
Accurately classify and evaluate content based on established moderation policies.
Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the appropriate teams.
Provide feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation strategies.
Collaborate with team members to optimize content moderation processes.




Stay up-to-date with company policies related to content regulation and community engagement.
Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with consistent application of guidelines.
Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining moderation decisions.
Ability to manage sensitive content professionally and tactfully.
Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
