Collaborate with team members to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies for a remote working environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
