Key Responsibilities
Manage inquiries from Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Offer detailed information about our services, assisting clients with their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Facilitate smooth transaction processes by assisting clients with bookings, registrations, and other administrative tasks.
Resolve customer issues and provide tailored solutions in a timely manner.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.




Stay engaged with local developments and offerings to enhance client experiences and recommendations.
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is beneficial.
Previous experience in customer service, support roles, or similar positions is a plus.
Strong understanding of excellent customer service principles and practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging clients.
Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office applications is preferred.
Motivated and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation costs covered by the company.
