Support internal modeling and simulation activities, including calibration, validation, and improvement of device and process models. Analyze and interpret results from electrical characterization, feeding insights back into simulation workflows and internal development teams. Define modeling strategies that connect material properties, process conditions, and device performance. Perform data analysis, DOE, and correlation, driving continuous refinement of internal simulation methodologies and accuracy. Partner with internal R&D; teams to investigate device physics, reliability mechanisms, and technology-process interactions. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members on TCAD methodologies, numerical modeling, and simulation best practices. Interface with cross-functional teams to support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and simulation-based problem solving. Deep Knowledge of semiconductor technologies development and reliability such as GAA/Forksheet/FinFET logic, DRAM, 3D NAND and emerging NVM, and wide bandgap SiC/GaN power devices Strong data analysis and scripting capabilities (Python, MATLAB).
