Key Responsibilities
Provide exemplary support and assistance to Albanian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
Manage and resolve client inquiries, offering accurate and timely information.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and administrative tasks.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service quality.




Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or related fields is a plus.
