Accountabilities:
Lead proactive talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development for demanding roles
Manage candidate engagement, screening, and assessment processes while maintaining high-quality recruitment standards
Ensure structured and compliant People Operations across all European entities, supporting the full employee lifecycle
Maintain accurate employment records, facilitate onboarding, role changes, parental leave, and offboarding processes
Use HR technology and automation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Monitor and report on workforce metrics, employee engagement,



and People KPIs to support data-driven decisions
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to strengthen operational discipline
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or People Operations, preferably in international scale-ups
Proven success in sourcing and engaging high-caliber talent for challenging or hard-to-fill positions
Strong operational knowledge of HR processes, employment law exposure, and employee lifecycle management
Tech-forward mindset with experience leveraging AI and automation to optimize HR and recruitment processes
Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills aligned with business objectives
Growth-oriented, structured, resilient, and self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multicultural, cross-functional teams
