Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, orders, and issue resolution promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using company systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.




Work flexible hours and adapt to shift patterns, including weekends if required.
Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
Good command of English is preferred.
Prior experience in customer service or related roles is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation package provided.
