nnAbout the Role nn nThe Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) provides technical and educational support to assigned accounts at a territory level. Activities are driven by customer demand and scheduled support needs. The core focus is case coverage, while using clinical expertise to influence optimal adoption of the full portfolio. nn nnTerritory to cover: Northeastern Italy (Triveneto) and Marche region, with availability to travel across Northern Italy if needed; the ideal candidate will be based in Padova or Verona. nn nn nnYour Responsibilities Will Include: nn nu00b7 Provide clinical field support, including case coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient followu****up for company products. nu00b7 Work in response to customer demand and planned support requirements. nu00b7 Attend cases in person and advise physicians on product attributes and techniques. nu00b7 Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation related to device procedures. nu00b7 Support the team in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. nu00b7 Develop a deep understanding of hospital workflows and establish strong relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through conversations, meetings, conferences) to expand contacts across departments and identify key decision makers. nu00b7 Respond to complex customer needs and productu****related issues by developing effective solutions, or collaborating with internal teams (sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support). nu00b7 Document customer activities and information in the company CRM and use the system for alignment with other commercial roles.
