Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to products and services.
Provide clear and concise instructions to customers to guide them through technical processes.
Accurately log and document customer interactions in the CRM system.




Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and industry developments to enhance support effectiveness.
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must; English proficiency is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a technical aptitude.
Excellent communication abilities, particularly in simplifying technical jargon for customers.
Experience with customer support software is beneficial.
