I am recruiting for a Senior Analog RF IC Design Engineer to join my client’s team at a European research and development centre focused on advanced communication and sensing technologies. The Senior Analog RF IC Design Engineer will contribute to the design and development of high-performance ICs used in next-gen systems.

The Senior Analog RFIC Design Engineer will support the full design cycle from concept through to validation, working closely with system and layout teams.

Responsibilities:

- Design and simulate high-performance analog and RF integrated circuits for advanced modules
- Translate system requirements into circuit-level specifications with cross functional teams
- Support layout definition and review to ensure performance and robustness
- Carry out verification, optimisation and lab correlation activities
- Contribute to feasibility studies and technical decision making




- Share technical knowledge and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- MSc or PhD in Electronics or a related field
- 10+ years experience in analog or RF IC design with complex IC development
- Strong experience with Cadence tools and full custom design flow
- Knowledge of CMOS or SiGe technologies
- Proven experience delivering designs to silicon and production
- Comfortable working in international teams with good communication skills
- Fluent English and willingness to travel when required
