In this role you will support student recruitment, selection, and enrollment activities, contributing to an outstanding admission experience aligned with the College's values. It is an excellent entry point to grow within a dynamic, international education environment.

MAIN TASKS
- Assist the Admissions Team in managing and tracking inquiries, applications, and admissions procedures.
- Manage communication with prospective students, applicants, and families (email, phone, online and on-campus meetings)
- Support the organization and execution of admissions events, such as open houses, college tours,



and orientation sessions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on the school's admissions platforms.
- Assist in maintaining the admissions database and ensuring the accuracy of applicant records.
- Help coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications with applicants and their families.
- Provide support in the preparation of admissions reports and analysis of enrollment data.
- Assist in the onboarding process of newly admitted students, ensuring they receive all necessary documentation and information prior to their start date.
- Stay informed about the college's programs, curriculum, and extracurricular offerings to effectively communicate with prospective students.
