The opportunity:
We are looking to hire an experienced SRE to become a Services BU Lead with great leadership capabilities. You will lead and organize the SRE practice in Agile Lab, managing multiple services with high-quality delivery in mind.

Salary: 45K - 67.5K

Responsibilities:




- Analyzes designs and implements complex infrastructures;
- Challenges the team processes, looking for ways to improve;
- Communicates with self-awareness;
- Sets direction for the delivery of multiple services;
- Identifies areas of strategic technical debt and provides cost/agevolazioni analysis for eliminating it;
- Fully understands the business landscape and stakeholder expectations;
- Leads recruiting efforts and capacity planning;
- If needed jumps into a team to help with delivery;
- Produces quality metrics;
- Comfortable managing team members with different skill sets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science;
- Previous experience as an SRE Engineer (4-10 years);
- Good knowledge of Cloudera cluster management;
- In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Java/Scala, bash, python;
- In-depth knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems internals,
