The Manager III, Workforce Management, provides senior‑level leadership and oversight for third‑party resource management, technology workforce planning, and enterprise-wide resource optimization within the Technology organization. This role ensures the organization has the right talent, capacity, and sourcing mix to support strategic priorities and deliver efficiently. The manager partners closely with Technology leaders, Group Technology, Finance, Strategic Planning, and Vendor Management to create an integrated workforce strategy and maintain strong financial and operational governance over labor resources.





Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location is Salisbury, NC.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure appropriate sourcing mix between tempo pieno staff, contractors, and consulting services aligned to enterprise strategy and budget.
- Partner with Procurement and Vendor Management to optimize cost, delivery quality, and contract compliance.
- Lead multi year technology workforce planning in partnership with Technology, Finance, and HR.
- Forecast workforce demand and supply across skills, teams, and platforms to ensure capability alignment with strategic plans.
- Identify talent gaps, future skill needs, and resourcing risks; provide data driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support organizational design changes and transformation efforts through workforce modeling and analytics.
