Your Tasks With Us
Warmly welcoming and looking after our guests on site and fulfilling individual guest requests
Correspondence of emails and guest messages
Transmitting the most important information to the respective department heads and the management
Check- in and check-out of guests
Cordial and professional guest care and active communication with guests
Receiving various guest in-house bookings
Complaints management
Maintaining the guest files in ASA-J
Preparation and updating of all administrative work
What You Bring With You
Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
Good knowledge of German, Italian and English
ASA-J knowledge and ReGuest knowledge an advantage
Computer and IT skills (Microsoft Office package)
Enthusiasm for the job
Good communication skills
High guest orientation
Reliability and flexibility
Well-groomed and confident appearance
