Our Client, a leading company in the food&beverage; industry, is looking for a

Legal & Compliance specialist with strong legal skills and a proactive, business‑oriented mindset. The ideal candidate has no less than 3-4 years of experience gained in medium-to-large companies, and is able to manage tasks independently:

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (Agency, Distribution, Supply, Service Agreements; NDAs; LOIs; Sponsorship and Marketing Agreements).
- Supporting litigation and pre-litigation activities, including drafting notice letters.
- Assisting the Head of Legal with compliance programs (data protection, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, competition law).
- Providing daily legal support to internal stakeholders including legal advice, presentation, legal briefs, and management company policies and procedures.

- Law Degree.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in house.
- excellent knowledge of italian and english.




- Strong organizational skills, positive mindset, problem-solving attitude, flexibility, and ability to work with diverse internal teams in a open and effective manner
- Strong listening skills, a continuous-learning mindset, passion for the role, and a strong motivation to grow.

Nice have skills:

- bar exam.
- expertise in food law or FMGC sector is a plus.
