We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our Outlet Division, within our store in Matelica (MC).

Mission:

The Store Manager role has the mission to lead the store, drive the business, manage and motivate the team to reach sales goals.

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of store sales budget
- Responsible for the overall results of the store, working closely with all the Team and the Retail Departments to ensure that the day-to-day activities build into the long term plan
- As a dynamic and inspiring leader, manage all activities to demonstrate an excellent client experience
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines
- Align with Human Resources on company policies, procedures and development planning for store team




- Ensure that warehouse procedures are carried out correctly

Requirements
- Competence in the management and planning of the various store activities, from staff turnover to the monitoring of performance indicators
- Stock management methods and techniques
- CRM procedures
- A positive attitude
