As a JIM Supervisor, you don’t just run a gym, you shape how it feels to be there. At The Social Hub, JIM is a different kind of gym, one designed for connection, curiosity, and shared energy. Wellbeing isn’t just about reps, it’s measured in laughter, presence, and belonging.

You’ll manage the space, guide the experience, and lead a team of JIM Hosts who help people feel seen, safe, and welcome. You read the room, curate the atmosphere, and bring the Hub’s culture of joyful movement to life every day. You understand that energy is contagious, and the goal is to win hearts, not exhaust them. You’ll help our community move, connect, and thrive on the gym floor and beyond.

In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative, and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn, and play, and most importantly be themselves. As an employer, we look, act, and think like a hotel,

Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

What You’ll Do
- Host the space, lead and support a team of JIM Hosts who greet, guide, and connect with members and guests
- Read the room, sense energy, tension, and joy, and adapt your presence to lift the collective experience
- Curate a moving experience, design formats, moments, and interactions that feel alive and inclusive
- Build an affirming and joyful culture, shaping the creative direction of JIM programming
- Manage the environment, create spaces that are physically and psycholo
