Sentinel Diagnostics , leader in the development and production of IVD diagnostic kits for Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Chromatography and Lateral Flow, is looking for a:
PROJECT MANAGER - Molecular Biology/Clinical Chemistry Area
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects of development and industrialization of In Vitro Diagnostics.
Responsibilities:
Draft project scope, objectives, deliverables, and overall project background and context
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as needed with respect to project scope, timeline, and budget
Coordinate cross-functional teams and support Team Managers in resource allocation
Track project budgets and ensure effective cost control
Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues
Communicate project status, key milestones and challenges to both internal and external stakeholders
Organize and facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, presentations and action trackers
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by promoting best practices, implementing new project management methodologies, and supporting the adoption of innovative processes and project monitoring tools
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or a related scientific discipline
2-5 years of experience in a similar project management role, preferably within the IVD, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industries
Solid knowledge of Waterfall project management methodologies (familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid approaches is considered an advantage)
Knowledge of IVD and Medical Device regulations and standards
Technical background in one or more of the following areas: Molecular Biology, Clinical Chemistry, Immunochemistry, or Mass Spectrometry is preferred
Professional proficiency in English
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as Visio and Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
Strong decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage conflicting priorities
A proactive approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
