As global leader in coatings and paints, we are seeking for you, a proactive Logistic Specialist who wants to build an exciting and solid career in Hempel in our expert Logistic department.
This position offers you the window to actively participate in refining our processes. You will work alongside our Logistics Manager for South-East Europe, be based in Italy, collaborate closely with our factories and a diverse team of colleagues from Italy, Turkey, and worldwide.
You will have the opportunity to focus on handling key logistics activities, among others, planning and analyzing the logistical resources required to flow assigned products through the supply chain, ensuring process efficiency, timeliness, and compliance with legal and quality requirements.

Moreover, you can look forward to:
- Maintaining and analyzing required inventory parameters and data in terms of required quality, unhealthy stock, goods shelf life, inventory levels, coverage groups, ROP and/or minimum stock levels.
- Placing purchasing orders in the system, while supervising, coordinating and following the safety stock and demand requirements. All the above, ensuring that goods are delivered in time and in full.
- Invoicing, supervising financial reserves for transport costs.
- Implementing critical metrics for taking corrective actions in the event of their deviations.
- Developing and maintaining a master schedule, which pertains to transportation information, routing, carriers and cost effectiveness.
