Within CreaMED – the medical‑specialized division of Crea3D – we are looking for a Digital dental technician for the dental sector, who will play a key role in the development and management of digital solutions for dentistry, acting as a technical and commercial point of reference for clients.

Responsibilities

- Analyze the clinical and laboratory workflows of dental practices, orthodontic clinics, and dental laboratories, identifying critical issues, opportunities for digitalisation, and appropriate technological solutions;
- Conduct demonstrations and presentations to illustrate the potential and advantages of 3D solutions aligned with the client’s clinical, production, and economic needs, adopting a consultative and personalised approach;




- Support clients during the introduction and start‑up of technologies, providing first level technical assistance, both remotely and on site;
- Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of digital technologies and equipment for the dental sector, understanding their features, clinical applications, and competitive advantages;
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team in collecting market feedback and defining growth strategies within the dental sector.

Requirements

- Diploma in dental technology, preferably with an orthodontic specialization;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer oriented skills;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally;
- Category B driving licence;
- Previous experience in the dental sector and/or in technical sales roles is considered an advantage.
