Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking enterprise clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses to offer tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
- Conduct thorough consultations and strategy sessions to guide clients in implementing effective business solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and alignment with client goals.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients,



ensuring exceptional service and continuous engagement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to provide clients with up-to-date advice and strategies.
- Assist clients in addressing any challenges they may face throughout their engagement.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, particularly with enterprise-level clients.
- Strong understanding of business solutions and the ability to consult effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical thinker with a strong problem-solving capability.
