About the role:
MotorK's largest customers - enterprise dealer groups, multi-brand retailers, OEMs - run some of the most complex platform deployments in our business.
We're looking for someone to lead that portfolio: not just delivering individual projects, but owning the full picture across every active engagement - status, risk, dependencies, capacity, and go-live dates.
This is a deployment leadership role. You'll take customers from signed contract to live, adopted platform: configuration, integrations, data migration, training, go-live, and hand-over to Customer Success. You'll also lead and develop the Project Managers who run these deployments day to day, and personally manage our most strategic accounts.
Requirements
What you'll do:
Portfolio management
- Maintain a single, reliable view of the entire deployment portfolio - status, milestones, dependencies, risks - for leadership reporting
- Allocate Project Managers across engagements based on workload and complexity
- Own scope, budget (ACV) and timeline discipline across the portfolio, managing change through
