Position Summary
You will work alongside professionals in the practice areas most developed in the firm's Milan office: Capital Markets (debt and equity), Banking and Finance and Corporate M&A.; In the debt capital markets area the proposed activities may include for example: analysis and preparation of US registered bonds, yankee bonds, US private placements, high yields bonds and euro bonds. In the area of equity capital markets there will be the opportunity to participate in listings and capital increase. It will also be possible to be involved in the study and implementation of both domestic and multi-jurisdictional acquisition and financing transactions.
