HR Operations Specialist (Fixed‑Term Contract) - Milan, Italy - Full‑time

We are currently supporting an international renewable energy leader in their search for a HR Specialist to support their growing Italian operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose‑driven, international company at the forefront of clean energy innovation.

HR plays a critical strategic role in enabling this growth locally.

The HR Operations Specialist will act as the local HR expert for Italy, bridging global HR strategy with day‑to‑day operational excellence:

Partner with Italian business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Ensure compliance with Italian labor law, payroll processes, and employment regulations




Build strong employee relations and support a positive, engaging workplace culture
Support end‑to‑end talent processes including onboarding, development, and retention
Manage local HR systems, data accuracy, and administrative processes
Deliver local training and employee development initiatives
Advise on compensation & benefits, performance management, and business design

This role will suit an experienced, hands‑on HR professional who enjoys working in an international context:

Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related discipline
Previous HR experience, ideally within a multinational environment
Strong experience with Italian payroll and labor relations is essential
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills
Fluent Italian (C2)
Experience with HR reporting and communication tools is advantageous
