Join us at Honeywell and be part of a talented team dedicated to shaping the future.ResponsibilitiesStrategize and oversee the success of the implementation of Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence (HMX) across the businessWork with the individual sites to develop and execute the strategic roadmap for HMX, aligning it with business goals and objectivesProvide guidance and mentorship to HMX Senior Managers and teams in implementing Lean methodologies and toolsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HMX site assessments initiatives,



making recommendations for enhancementsPrepare monthly updates with sites and Senior management aligned with deliverables for each of the sites under scope of responsibilitiesParticipate in operational improvements as needed within the sites under scope of responsibilities to include productivity improvements tied to continuous improvementQualificationsYOU MUST HAVEExtensive experience and mastery in implementing and driving continuous improvement initiativesExtensive experience in proven leadership of managers and individual contributorsStrong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologiesAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional team environmentAbility to clearly and concisely communicate at all levels of the organizationWE VALUEStrategic mindset and ability to align HOS initiatives with business objectivesAbility to lead and inspire cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPassion for continuous improvement and driving changeWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
