Overview As Category Manager for Bike and Snow performance, you will drive the global market strategy from concept to market. You'll partner with Merchandising, Design, Sourcing, and Sales to deliver innovative, premium products that meet growth, margin, and profit targets. You will analyze trends, forecast demand, and coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure timely launches. This role offers impact across a leading eyewear group with strong brands and global reach. You'll shape product storytelling and collaborations that energize performance categories. Responsibilities * Research global market trends, competition and opportunities to develop and launch Bike and Snow products at the right price points * Forecast and analyze business cases, planning launches at least 1.5 years ahead * Coordinate cross-functional communications and gather input from regional teams and sales partners to ensure innovative, premium products * Brief creative and product teams on direction, features, and pricing to align with calendars and deadlines * Collaborate with Product Development to manage costs and margins during prototyping and reviews * Manage lineplan data, SKU efficiency and productivity to meet corporate goals * Partner with Sales, Marketing,



Design and Development to craft compelling product stories and GTM plans * Prepare materials for global product design reviews and present collections to Sales and Marketing and at regional/global meetings * Organize data and workflows for efficiency and timeliness * Support collaborations and special projects with notable brands and sports personalities * Maintain ongoing alignment within Merchandising on expectations and deliverables Qualifications & Experience * Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Merchandising, Fashion/Clothing Management or related field * 3–4+ years' experience in sports industry preferred * Experience in product merchandising and development * Excellent Excel, Windows and PowerPoint; Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign a plus * Strong knowledge of Bike/Snow sports market * Strong analytical, problem solving and creative attitude * Ability to build internal and external relationships * Strong presentation skills to large groups * Ability to navigate complex situations and communicate effectively * Willingness to ask questions and seek clarification Benefits * Leonardo learning platform * Flexible work conditions * Health insurance * Meal vouchers * Employee discounts * Disconnect Program #J-*****-Ljbffr
