Your Role & Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development * Develop, lead and motivate our Technology M&A; team in Italy * Foster professional growth by promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability Business Development & Market Presence * Lead business development activities in the Italian market, from opportunity origination to deal closure * Build and strengthen long-term relationships with Private Equity firms, corporates, and entrepreneurs * Contribute to positioning the team as a reference point in the Technology M&A; market Project & Client Management * Take end-to-end responsibility for project management, including planning, delivery, team coordination, and quality assurance * Work closely with key stakeholders,
