At Nuvola HQ, we are looking for an Agentic AI Productivity Specialist to turn high?value productivity use cases into production?grade AI agents & automations. Your mission will be: design, deploy, and run these solutions end?to?end in the Microsoft stack, embedding security, privacy, and auditability from day one to drive measurable impact at scale. What you'll do: * Partner with business leaders to spot high?value productivity use cases, advising on feasibility, architecture, risks, and trade?offs. * Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents & automations that boost enterprise and individual productivity. * Own the solution end?to?end: documentation, versioning, scalability, reliability—primarily in the Microsoft ecosystem. * Embed security, privacy, and compliance by design (PII protection, access control, GDPR, Responsible AI) with full traceability. * Coordinate and technically steer vendors on advanced/specialized initiatives. * Run operations & continuous improvement: monitoring, troubleshooting,



usage/accuracy optimization; codify patterns and best practices.
