YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Integration of new payment solutions
- Adapting existing payment solutions to customer requirements
- Troubleshooting issues related to payment solutions
- Write clean, efficient and well-documented code that is easily testable, maintainable and reusable
- Write tests to maintain code quality and prevent regressions
- Optimise applications for maximum performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve applications and user experience
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
- Previous working experience in software development and solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming (OOP), multithreading, memory management, debugging, and performance optimization
- Experienced in C++, development for embedded Linux systems, SQL-DBs, e.g. MySQL/SQLite
- Solid knowledge of payment solutions
- Good knowledge of RESTful APIs, TCP/IP networks and communication protocols
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
- Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines is a plus
- Independent and solution-oriented working attitude as well as analytical thinking
- Enthusiasm, good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluent in English, Italian and/or German are a plus

€ 64.000-€ 96.000 including 30% variable premio based on goal achievement
