Ensures full compliance with the contract, the company’s quality requirements, the Project Execution Plan, WBS, schedules, and other control tools. /ph3Home Office Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide guidelines to the planning team for the implementation and initialization of project control tools. /liliPrepare the full set of planning procedures (WBS, schedules, progress measurement system, etc.) in compliance with contract requirements and company standards. /liliDevelop planning documents (Execution Plan, Milestones Plan, 90‑day Schedule, Top‑Down Schedule, Project Control Schedule, detailed Schedule, Progress Curves, reporting, manpower histograms). /liliLead project workshops focusing on planning topics such as WBS/PBS workshops, interactive planning sessions, and schedule risk analysis sessions. /liliDefine planning reports, outputs, and presentations, ensuring consistency and reviewing them before sharing with the project team and/or client. /liliLead and review the development of the Baseline Planning Package, including Schedule Narrative/Basis of Assumptions tracking and deviation analysis. /liliMonitor planning activities, identify deviations, detect criticalities, and propose corrective actions to project management. /liliMonitor man‑hour expenditure and productivity trends. /liliOrganize and participate in periodic meetings across disciplines to review feasibility curves, procurement, and material deliveries.



/liliVerify contractual schedules and milestones with subcontractors. /liliExecute schedule risk analysis and support the project team in identifying potential schedule delays and their impacts. /liliAssist the Cost Control Team with invoicing backup documentation and cost/revenue look‑ahead projections. /liliAssist the Procurement/Post‑Order Team in analyzing material delivery times before and after purchase order placement. /liliEvaluate subcontractor bids for compliance with schedule and planning requirements. /liliLead the site planning team until full mobilization is achieved. /liliCollect all planning data and information at project completion for database development and the Project Close‑out report. /li /ulh3Site Responsibilities /h3ulliLead project planning activities in accordance with company procedures and in coordination with the PCM. /liliDevelop subcontractor contract level 3 4 schedules, progress curves, and manpower histograms. /liliVerify the feasibility of construction schedules against documented deliveries and updated information from Home Office. /liliMonitor subcontractor performance in terms of efficiency, progress, and resource use. /liliCollaborate with the material controller to support construction feasibility and material control.
