The role collaborates closely with RD, Manufacturing, Quality and cross-functional teams to ensure robust,



efficient and scalable testing processes across multiple technology domains including Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional and Software testing. /p /brh3Main responsibilities: /h3 /brulliDevelop, validate and industrialize automated test solutions for new products. /liliSupport NPI activities, pilot builds, ramp-up and mass production. /liliDesign, optimize and maintain test stations, fixtures and equipment. /liliPerform GRR, correlation studies and capability analysis. /liliAnalyze test data, identify root causes and implement corrective actions. /liliImprove yield, throughput, quality and test coverage through continuous improvement initiatives. /liliCollaborate with RD, Manufacturing, Process, Quality and Suppliers to resolve technical issues. /liliPrepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions and validation reports. /liliProvide technical training and support to production teams. /liliDrive engineering changes and introduce innovative testing technologies and methodologies. /li /ul /brh3Main requirements: /h3 /brulliDegree in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Engineering or equivalent. /liliExperience in Test Engineering within manufacturing or consumer electronics.
