We are looking for
Network Technicians
to provide onsite IT and network support services for a leading international retail client across various customer locations.
This is a
freelance, on-demand opportunity
, with assignments allocated based on your geographic location and availability.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite IT and network support at customer locations.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and replace routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and other IT equipment.
Perform hardware upgrades, maintenance, and break/fix support.
Complete service reports and update support tickets after each onsite intervention.
Collaborate with remote support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years
of experience in onsite IT support or network support.
Strong knowledge of
LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN
.




Hands-on experience with networking equipment from
Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet
, or equivalent vendors.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Valid driver 's license and willingness totravel to customer sites.
Good command of
English (mandatory)
.
Preferred Qualifications
CCNA
,
CompTIA Network+
, or an equivalent networking certification.
Previous experience delivering IT support within retail stores or retail environments.
