What you’ll do

- Act as a trusted advisor in international, multi-stakeholder environments
- Gain a deep understanding of customers’ business processes, operating models, and mission-critical workflows
- Lead business and technical workshops with global stakeholders
- Collect, structure, and formalize requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Lead product configuration and technical activities:
- Produce architectural blueprints
- Design and optimize SQL relational data models
- Define API integration strategies
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- You will operate at the intersection of consulting, solution architecture, and product implementation.

What you’ll need

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields




- 5+ years of experience in software consulting, solution analysis, or technical implementation roles within SaaS or system integration contexts
- Consulting background with experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Proven experience in writing both functional and technical specification documents
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience in defining and executing test plans (functional & integration)
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead meetings, workshops, and client discussions confidently in both languages.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Location: Hybrid. Candidates should be based in, or within reasonable commuting distance of, one of our four Italian hubs: Rome, Milan, Udine, or Pordenone.

What’s nice to have





- Background in Java development is a plus, though this is not a coding role.
- Familiarity with GIS integration and mobile workforce management solutions
- Solid understanding of distributed architectures, including microservices and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
- Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace)
- Familiarity with key-value or document databases
- Certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS or other) or IT security.

- Competitive pay, meaningful growth opportunities, and a transparent approach to compensation. Salary ranges are defined for each role based on experience, competencies, responsibilities, and geographic location, with additional benefits and performance-based incentives depending on the position.
- The expected annual gross salary range for this position is €34,000–€48,000.
