You will be acting for the design, troubleshooting, maintenance, and physical repair of hardware components critical for mission?critical platforms. Key Responsibilities * Infrastructure Lifecycle: diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair server, fiber, and network hardware. * Incident Management: Resolve technical events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)



and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures. * Safety & Operations: maintain high safety standards and handle physical equipment installation/moving. * Continuous Learning: engage in specialized training to master cloud infrastructure components. Key Requirements * Proven experience in IT hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics or within a Data Center or mission?critical infrastructure. * Ability to work 100% onsite. * Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of Linux and Network Protocols. * English and Italian.
