In this role you oversee installation activities for rail systems, ensuring readiness, safety, and quality. You coach installation workers and subcontractors, supervise on-track and onboard work, and enforce processes and WMS compliance. You report progress, handle non-conformities, and support smooth handover to commissioning teams. You contribute to continuous improvement and best practices within the product line, while upholding high safety standards. * Prepare installation work and confirm readiness (4M checklist) * Train and support installation workers and subcontractors on fronts under responsibility * Supervise installation execution on trackside and onboard, regardless of workforce (Alstom, subcontractors, customers) * Ensure compliance with D&IS; Installation and FO Process * Apply Work Method Statement (WMS)
