Finatal is partnering with a leading global private markets specialist looking to add to their Business Development team in Rome to assist coverage of Italian, Spanish and French speaking clients across Private Equity, Infrastructure or Private Debt.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the Business Development team to design and implement investment solutions for private debt investments
- Manage pitchbook proposals for institutional clients
- Assist and review ad hoc client solutions projects
- Provide input on developing and enhancing the new and existing presentation content for marketing materials
- Lead selected implementation projects
- Assist market research and performance analysis
- Critical assessment of content provided by cross-functional team members for pitches and proposals




- Create and write original content for new business activity
- Assist with various other projects for the private debt team

Experience:

- Master's degree in finance, business or marketing preferred
- 2 to 5 years of related financial services experience required (private markets, investment banking, consultancy or investment management)
- Self-motivated with demonstrated history of taking initiative and xlwpduy adaptive in fast changing environments
- Strong multitasking ability and time management
- Strong cross-functional analytical skills with an ability to formulate complex issues
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proven office 365 working experience
- Attention to detail essential
- Client orientated
- Native proficiency in Italian and English necessary, Spanish and French at professional proficiency valuable
