Maire – a company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange and leading an engineering Group operating in approximately 50 countries with around 50 operating companies, developing and implementing innovative technologies to support the energy transition and providing Sustainable Technology Solutions and Integrated E&C; Solutions for fertilizers, hydrogen, CO₂ capture, fuels, chemicals, and polymers – is currently seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist to be hired within the Company , in the Group Risk and Insurance Management department. The role offers cross-functional exposure within a Group-level team, with opportunities to develop ERM expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Group ERM, the selected candidate will:

- Support the collection, analysis, and consolidation of risk-related data to ensure the effective execution of Enterprise Risk Management processes;
- Contribute to the maintenance and periodic update of the Group Risk Register, supporting qualitative risk assessments and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in monitoring mitigation actions and action plans, collaborating with Risk Owners and senior ERM professionals to track implementation progress;
- Plan and coordinate meetings with Corporate Functions and Business Lines to support the periodic review of risk mapping, mitigation activities, and residual risks;
- Prepare and update periodic risk reporting and dashboards for management and governance purposes;
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of departmental tools, databases, and reporting solutions, including digital platforms and Business Intelligence applications;
- Support the evolution and enhancement of ERM methodologies, tools, and processes, promoting a risk-aware culture across the organization.





Requirements and skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in Risk Management / Internal Control, with exposure to ERM processes;
- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and conduct structured interviews;
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with strong attention to data quality and traceability and the ability to collect, interpret, and synthesize complex information from multiple sources;
- Advanced proficiency in MS package, with experience in preparing management-level reporting;
- Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- Background in engineering, economics, finance, business administration, or related disciplines;
- Familiarity with ERM frameworks (e.g., risk registers, impact/probability matrices, risk appetite, statistical methodologies such as Monte Carlo models) is considered a plus;
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) or GRC/ERM platforms (such as Workiva, Safran Risk Manager, or similar) would be an advantage.

Contract Type and Classification

- Contract type: Permanent
- Applicable collective agreement (NCLC): Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical (identification code B011)
- Job classification level: White Collar Employee, consistent with job requirements and applicable Collective Agreement

Compensation

The initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be € 40.000.





The compensation package will include the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements, including flexible benefits and a participation premio.

Any additional variable components and/or benefits, regulated by Standards, Policies and/or company agreements, will be illustrated during the selection process.
