How will you contribute?

As a Retail Operations Intern , you will support the Retail Team in the execution of daily operations and strategic projects across our network of Nashi Stores and Salons in Italy and France.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the daily operations of our retail network across Italy and France
- Coordinating communications between Headquarters and stores
- Assisting with new store openings, retail projects and operational initiatives
- Supporting the organization of retail events, meetings and training sessions
- Coordinating business travel and logistics for the retail network
- Monitoring operational processes, suppliers and store equipment
- Supporting Health & Safety activities and mandatory training compliance
- Preparing reports, operational presentations and retail documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and consistent brand standards

Who are you?

- Passionate about retail, beauty and customer experience
- Eligible for a curricular or extracurricular internship program
- Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented with a flexible approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Canva




- Available to travel occasionally across Italy

Previous retail or customer-facing experience is considered a plus.
