/p h3Job Description /h3 pEnfinity is looking for an engineer responsible for coordinating all activities related to the identification, design, development, construction and commissioning of the grid infrastructure (transmission line and electrical substation) necessary to connect PV and BESS projects.
The role involves liaising with transmission and distribution system operators, engineering companies, development partners, advisors, consultants, and coordinating with legal, business, technical development, engineering, construction and operation departments.
/p h3KeyResponsibilities /h3 ul liAssessment of grid connection solutions (high and medium voltage) for large scale renewable plants to the National Grid (including grid reinforcements, construction of new HV stations or reinforcement of existing ones, overhead and underground transmission lines) /li liIdentification of the best solution (economical and technical) per each project according to schedule and feasibility /li liCoordination of internal and external stakeholders, including independent engineering consultants,



for the preparation of engineering and feasibility studies /li liInteraction with external stakeholders to discuss technical solutions and define connection agreements /li liCost analysis and budget control for the execution of electrical works /liliOverall project management and collaboration with other company departments /li liFollow projects until RtB, handover and support to the construction team during the realization of the interconnection works /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Electric or Mechanical Engineering /li liAt least 3 years experience in the energy sector, with strong knowledge of HV and MV electrical substations and electromechanical background /li liKnowledge of the Italian Grid Code and the technical requirements needed to connect large scale renewable plants to the National Grid /li liAbility to perform detail-oriented critical reviews of technical documentation /li liFluent in Italian and English, both verbal and written; Spanish would be a plus /li liProactive, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work without supervision /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and to manage multiple projects at the same time /li liMultitasking and ability to work according to priorities /li liExcellent organizational and time management skills /li liFlexibility, interdisciplinary teamwork skills and willingness to travel when needed /li liAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office package /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liPrivate Health Insurance /li liPension Plan /li liPaid Time Off /li liWork From Home /li liTraining Development /li liPerformance Premio /li liTickets Restaurant /li /ul pLet's build our future together.
