You will be in charge of drafting complex legal documents, negotiating, structuring, interpreting, executing, and/or administering contractual documents. /p pThis role will give you the opportunity to work in a high-profile environment, join an international and dynamic team, used to working under pressure and collaborating to reach key deadlines and goals. You will additionally develop appropriate relationships for the legal department with other departments across the business as well as externally with local authorities. /p pAs Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for counseling the business by giving pro‑active, professional, competent, (cost) effective and creative legal support by always bringing negotiation and drafting skills as well as business sense to deal with multiple functional teams in a rapidly scaling business. and work independently as well as part of various teams to take on projects in addition to the daily day job. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liDraft, review, negotiate contractual documents, mainly related to projects performed by the Company in different geographies, in both Italian and English; /li liAdvise on general business law issues and manage the legal issues of all areas of the company, including but not limited to contracts, corporate matters, operations, digital, sales marketing, procurement, safety, security, litigations and sustainability issues; /li liAttend meeting with clients, suppliers and/or project team; /li liFulfill any corporate obligations, including dealing with public notaries or local authorities and obtaining certificates or other corporate documents; /li liDraft letters related to contractual obligations and/or pre‑litigations and/or claims; /li liAdvise on claims and ensure a proper connection with external lawyers in charge of litigations, ensuring that externally commissioned lawyers are provided with all necessary information to enable them to provide advice that is accurate, targeted and which represents the best value for money; /li liCooperate in developing procedures, matrices and policies to be adopted at Technogym Group level; /li liWork on developing templates and standards and maintain a deep understanding of Group policies and procedures; /li liAssist business teams on specific legal issues (e.g. IP, competition or IT laws); /li liProvide high quality, targeted and accessible legal advice across a range of practice areas and work as a valued business partner with colleagues across Technogym Group, in order to secure and deliver effective solutions to legal issues; /li liDrive continuous improvement within his/her own areas of responsibility; /li liTake a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring legal risks and issues are identified,
