/p h3The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For /h3 ul liManage fare structures across relevant commercial systems, including fare loading, maintenance, and the timely implementation of fare-rule updates.
/li liManage flight inventory, pricing and availability using the Sabre Revenue Management System to optimise revenue, yield, and load factor.
/li liApply dynamic pricing strategies by analysing booking trends, demand patterns, competitor activity, and wider market conditions, adjusting fares and availability as required.
/li liProduce daily sales flash reports in collaboration with the clients Finance dept.
/li liPrepare weekly commercial performance reports covering sales, forecasts, booking trends, and performance against budget and agreed targets.
/li liMaintain accurate passenger, revenue, and yield forecasts to support business planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
/li liIdentify and recommend wider commercial actions to improve performance, including marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, promotional activity, and changes to distribution strategy.
/li liProvide competitive and commercially appropriate group fare quotations in support of the Sales team.
/li liManage corporate and contracted fare programmes, including pricing, eligibility requirements, implementation, and ongoing performance evaluation.
/li liMonitor changes to government taxes, airport and navigation charges, environmental levies, fuel costs, and other flight-related expenses, ensuring these are appropriately reflected in the pricing strategy to protect margins.
/li liContribute commercial insight and analysis to network reviews, route evaluations, business planning,



and budgeting activities.
/li liTake ownership of agreed revenue, yield, load factor, and wider commercial performance targets.
/li /ul h3Minimum Skills And Experience /h3 ul liPrevious experience in airline pricing or revenue management is strongly preferred.
/li liApplications may also be considered from candidates with relevant pricing and revenue management experience in related sectors, such as hospitality or car rental.
/li liExperience using the Sabre Revenue Management System is highly desirable.
Candidates without Sabre experience should demonstrate proficiency in another recognised revenue management platform, such as PROS, AirRM, Amadeus, Navitaire or an equivalent system.
/li liA good understanding of airline distribution channels, including global distribution systems (GDS), online travel agencies (OTAs), direct digital channels, corporate sales, general sales agents (GSAs) and other indirect channels.
/li liStrong analytical and numerical skills, supported by advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
/li liExcellent commercial judgement, with the ability to balance revenue optimisation with customer, operational and wider business objectives.
/li liExperience in forecasting, performance reporting and translating commercial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
