AMI is looking for new ambassadors for its boutique opening in Serravalle starting in Mid?September ****. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Client Advisor will sell and build customer loyalty. Responsibilities * Invite customers to explore AMI and offer a unique shopping experience, welcoming them with friendliness, smiles, and a positive mood. * Understand customer needs and propose relevant product selections while encouraging cross?selling. * Assist customers during fittings and accommodate any alterations needed. * Build strong, long?term relationships fostering a customer loyalty culture. * Introduce new customers to the brand. * Follow up and manage stock, including reception of goods, integration into systems, rotating inventories, restocking requests, and transfers. * Ensure the store is well maintained: product presentation, cleanliness, and premises upkeep. * Actively participate in visual merchandising, follow VM guidelines, and propose options during rotations.



Qualifications * Minimum two years of experience in high?end ready?to?wear sales and knowledge of sales techniques. * Cheerful, dynamic, involved, with excellent interpersonal skills. * Enjoys teamwork and is results?oriented. * Strong customer?service focus and enjoys meeting customer needs. * Good sense of fashion and understanding of the industry and its trends. * Fluency in Italian and English is essential; another language is an asset. * Starting date: Mid?September ****. * Contract: 1 year.
