Voi, Europe's 1 micromobility company, is expanding operations in Italy and launching in Turin. We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead with strong operational experience to lead our warehouse and fleet operations in the city. What you'll own * Warehouse Operations: oversee day?to?day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflows for vehicle maintenance, repair, and battery swapping. * Inventory Management: manage spare parts and battery inventory to ensure availability and optimal stock levels. * Team Leadership: manage, coach, and develop a team of Fleet Specialists through regular one?on?ones, performance reviews, and training. * Process & SOPs: implement and refine standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and service quality. * 3PL & Vendor Coordination: daily contact with 3PL partners and external vendors, ensuring adherence to agreed procedures. * Health & Safety: ensure full compliance with safety regulations, mandatory training, and incident management processes. * Fleet Support: support van operations, including tracking device installation and removal. What you'll need * 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management. * Experience managing and developing a team.



* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage inventory and stock levels. * Full Italian driving licence (occasional van driving required). * Fluent English; comfortable with digital tools such as MS Office and G Suite. Job conditions * Contract: 12?month fixed?term. * Schedule: 5 days/7, day shift, weekly rotation (occasional weekends).
