Experteer Overview

In this role you will drive profitable growth by shaping market opportunities and collaborating with cross‑functional teams and key customers. You’ll guide product strategy with market insights, support new product development, and steer opportunities through RFQ processes. You will work closely with sales, R&D;, and regional teams to align offerings with local needs and business targets. This is a hands‑on, impact‑driven position in a global, innovation‑led manufacturing environment.

- Understand market needs and industry trends via customer engagement, market research, technology monitoring, benchmarking, and competitor analysis
- Develop and implement growth strategies to win opportunities, adapting models with regional teams
- Monitor revenue, profitability, and BOM targets to support strategy and marketing reviews
- Collaborate with R&D; to define product roadmaps and development targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams
- Assess RFQs and project viability to support strategic decisions




- Support Sales with product strategy, value proposition, pricing, differentiation, and go‑to‑market approach

Responsabilità

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3+ years in Business Development or similar role, preferably automotive industry
- Technical knowledge of cooling fans and BLDC motors (advantage)
- Experience with digital technologies, including Power BI and AI tools
- Experience interacting with customers and managing RFQ processes
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
- Fluency in English; German a plus
