Job Description
Clinical Specialist reporting to the Clinical Manager MDS Italy & Greece, with key accountability for all clinical aspects of the MDS portfolio within the assigned geography. Provide pre?and post?sales support in a clinical, training, and educational capacity. Effectively leverage clinical and product knowledge to meet customer needs. Collaborate with Sales and distributor sales team in the field, acting as an expert, advisor and troubleshooter. Advocate best clinical practices for the portfolio and provide clinical training at local, regional and national levels.Responsibilities
Maintain a working knowledge of BD products, competitive devices, and new techniques.
Demonstrate understanding of BD policies, procedures, and regulations to keep a satisfactory record of compliance.
Maintain open, effective communication with all district personnel, customers, and BD employees.
Establish and nurture relationships with physicians, nurses, technologists, and administrators.
Provide both educational and clinical support to accounts and customers assigned by the Clinical Manager.
Deliver one?to?one in?services, staff in?services, educational programs, seminars, and workshops for local hospitals.
Coordinate training and resources for hospital staff to enable train?the?trainer programs.
Present clinical evidence and health economics analyses to support BD product positioning.
Act as a clinical resource during training activities, supporting physicians and staff on BD products.
Maintain regular connections (calls, visits, etc.) with accounts to support BD business initiatives.
Apply SPIN Selling techniques to cover customer needs and manage expectations.
Education & Experience
Degree in Nursing, Cardiovascular, Radiology, Vascular Surgery,



or related technical discipline.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Vascular Access Management, Operating Room, Interventional Radiology Lab, or Cardiac Cath Lab.
All experience must be certified.
Advanced knowledge of vascular access management, vascular surgery, and endovascular medicine preferred.
Strong time?management skills with ability to maintain priorities and meet deadlines.
Self?motivated, self?responsible, and able to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
Bachelor's degree in general nursing or a medical doctor with strong hands?on experience in critical care areas (Pharmacy or Medical Sciences).
Professional nursing/clinical education experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High personal integrity and ethical standards.
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in clinical roles in Pharma and/or Medical Companies (strong preference).
Additional Information
Coverage: Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto. Candidates must reside in one of these regions.
Intermediate PC literacy in MS Office.
Valid driver's license.
Fluent in English.
Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
Salary and Benefits
Target base salary range: €40,700 – €55,000 per year.
