Let's get in touch. /ph3What You'll Be Doing /h3ulliRunning internal fact-finding investigations /liliAssisting the Dispute team in handling external dispute resolution complaints in accordance with local law and regulation /liliWorking on early-stage or less complex litigation, such as pre-action letters and responses to claims /liliIdentifying, analysing, and resolving legal issues /liliHelping to implement improvements across the team /liliCollaborating with internal teams during legal case investigations /liliAdministering external legal spend /li /ulh3What You'll Need /h3ulliA law degree from a university in Italy /liliFluency in English and Italian /liliExcellent communication skills /liliGood organizational skills /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliAn interest in fintech /liliExperience or internship as a paralegal, legal assistant or lawyer in Italy (law firm or in house) /li /ulpBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
