With more than 40 offices worldwide, the group has over 2,300 employees across Europe, Asia and the Americas. /p pVisit /p pThe Capital Markets Foreign Exchange (FX) Department is responsible for providing clients and internal stakeholders with efficient, competitive, and risk‑managed access to global currency markets. The department supports the full lifecycle of FX products—from post‑trade operations and risk management—while ensuring strong governance and regulatory compliance. /p pOperating across spot, forward, swap, and options markets, the FX department enables clients to execute international payments and facilitate cross‑border transactions. The team works closely with Corporate Treasury, Sales, Relationship Managers, and Trading to deliver tailored FX solutions that meet client needs across hedging, liquidity, and market access. /p pCore responsibilities include market‑making, trade execution, liquidity management, pricing and analytics, client coverage, and operational support. The department maintains strong control frameworks, ensures adherence to global regulatory standards, and continuously enhances systems and processes to improve execution quality, transparency, and operational resilience. /p h3Post Trade Operations Analyst /h3 pThe Post Trade Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and risk‑controlled processing of all post‑trade activities across the full trade lifecycle. This role provides advanced operational expertise across trade capture, confirmation, settlements,
reconciliations, and lifecycle event management for multiple asset classes, including FX. /p pThe analyst acts as an escalation point for complex issues, supports regulatory and audit requirements, and drives process improvements to strengthen operational resilience. They work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Technology, and external counterparties to resolve breaks, mitigate operational risk, and enhance straight‑through processing (STP). A Senior Analyst contributes to project work, system upgrades, and control enhancements, while mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices within the operations function. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h31. Trade Processing Lifecycle Management /h3 ul liEnsure accurate and timely processing of trades across the full lifecycle (trade capture, affirmation/confirmation, settlement, reconciliation). /li liManage lifecycle events such as rollovers, resets, expiries, corporate actions, and rate fixings. /li liOversee complex or non standard transactions requiring specialist knowledge. /li /ul h32. Risk Control Oversight /h3 ul liIdentify, elevate, and remediate operational risks, breaks, and control gaps. /li liMaintain strong adherence to internal controls, regulatory obligations, and audit expectations. /li liPerform quality checks on key processes to ensure accuracy and completeness. /li /ul h33. Issue Resolution Escalation Point /h3 ul liAct as the primary point of escalation for complex or time sensitive trade and settlement issues. /li liLiaise with Front Office, Sales, Middle Office, Technology, and external counterparties to resolve breaks. /li liTroubleshoot system or process failures and drive timely resolution. /li /ul h34. Process Improvement Change Delivery /h3 ul liAnalyze processes to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and enhanced STP. /li liSupport or lead operational improvement initiatives and system enhancements. /li liContribute to UAT, regression testing,
and implementation of new products or platforms. /li /ul h35. Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Front Office, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Finance). /li liEngage effectively with external stakeholders such as custodians, clearing houses, and counterparties. /li liCommunicate clearly and proactively regarding breaks, risks, and required actions. /li /ul h36. Reporting Reconciliations /h3 ul liOversee daily reconciliations (cash, positions, confirmations, nostro, clearing). /li liProduce and validate daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and KPIs. /li liEnsure exceptions are investigated, resolved, and documented appropriately. /li /ul h37.
