As our Head Real Estate Broker, you will be leading MAR's brokerage with clients — guiding international buyers through one of the most important purchases of their lives, and helping Italian property owners find the right buyer for assets they have spent generations building. You will work directly alongside the founders, with real input into how the business grows.



/p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liManage relationships with buyers and sellers across MAR's active portfolio /li liTour clients through assets on a daily basis if required /li liLead clients through the full acquisition or sale process: first showing to notarial deed /li liRepresent MAR in negotiations with discretion and authority /li liDevelop and maintain relationships with notaries, lawyers, architects, and local property networks /li liContribute to MAR's off‑market pipeline and sourcing strategy /li liTravel with MAR's founders to international markets to meet with clients /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liExperienced in brokering high‑value property (minimum of 5 years of brokerage experience) /li liComfortable working with international clients: American, British, French, German, Middle Eastern, Asian /li liBased in or willing to relocate to Milan; travel across northern Italian regions required /li liSelf‑directed, discreet, and genuinely passionate about Italian architecture and property /li /ul h3Why This Role /h3 pMAR is at the beginning of something.
