Working closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and suppliers, the NPI Buyer supports sourcing decisions, cost optimization, supplier selection, risk management, and project execution to ensure successful product launches on time, within budget, and at the required quality standards. /ppFor this role, compensation starts from 38.000 EUR gross, depending on experience and skills. It sits within a broader package that reflects the overall value of the role. /ph3Your main tasks /h3ulliManage procurement activities for new product development and industrialization projects. /liliSupport supplier sourcing, quotation processes (RFQs), and commercial negotiations. /liliCollaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams throughout project execution. /liliDrive supplier selection and evaluate sourcing options based on cost, quality, and project requirements. /liliCoordinate tooling, equipment, and component procurement activities. /liliMonitor project timing, costs, risks, and supplier performance to support successful product launches. /liliConduct market research and identify opportunities for cost improvement and supply optimization. /liliLead supplier reviews and risk assessments to ensure project readiness. /liliSupport value engineering and cost reduction initiatives during product development. /liliFacilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders and external suppliers. /liliContribute to process improvements and share best practices across the team.
